摘    要:文章在分析水夹套式氯化氢合成炉腐蚀机理基础上提出防腐壁温约束条件的合成炉换热面积设计方法。经生产检验设计合理,操作稳定,合成炉使用寿命长。

Abstract:This paper provides synthesizer's heat exchanger area design method of additive mothballing wall temperature bondage condition in analysed corrosion mechanism of hydrogen chloride synthesizer.The practice production has proved that the design was reasonable,the operation was stable and the service life was long.
