摘    要:详细分析了采用大型风电场与燃气轮机组成的互补发电系统的总电力输出特性.基于互补发电系统的基本原理,推导了互补系统发电特性参数的计算公式.根据在新疆达坂城采集的风速数据和风电场整体功率曲线模型,计算了这个风电场的总发电量和容量系数等参数.依据互补发电系统燃气轮机的运行规划和燃气轮机部分负荷效率曲线,计算了燃气轮机的总发电量、天然气消耗量和容量系数等参数.根据互补发电系统的互补特性,计算了整个互补系统的总发电量和容量系数等特性参数.分析了风电场的不同风能资源特性对整个互补发电系统的影响,为在新疆地区实现这种互补发电系统提供经济分析的基础.

Abstract:The power output characteristics of a complementary generation system combining a large-scale wind farm and gas turbine power plants was analyzed. And the calculation equations of generation parameters were derived from the basic principles of hybrid power system. Based on the sampling data of wind speed in Dabancheng, Sinkiang and the whole power curve of wind farm, several key parameters such as the total delivered electricity and capacity factor were calculated. According to the operation strategies and part-load efficiency of the system, the total delivered electricity, consumption of the natural gas and capacity factor of the gas turbine were also calculated. The relative parameters of hybrid power system were derived. Moreover, the effect of different wind resource characteristics in wind farm on the power system were discussed and analyzed; The techno-economic analyzing basis of the hybrid power system in Sinkiang region has been provided.
