基于Fluent的锥形节流阀流场数值模拟

摘    要:针对高压锥形节流阀冲蚀和气蚀失效严重的问题,利用Fluent软件对实际使用中的锥形节流阀内流场分布进行仿真计算,揭示了节流阀冲蚀和气蚀失效的原因,并提出一些减缓失效的方法和使用时的注意事项。分析结果为节流阀的设计和性能优化提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the characteristic of severe erosion and cavitation in the high-pressure pipe manifold, according to the actual operating condition, the flow field of the play of it by Fluent software was simulated and computed, Reasons of the erosion and cavitation were promulgated. Some mitigation methods and precautions were proposed. The results of the analysis provided the theoretical supports for the design and optimization.
