| 摘 要： | 新世纪以来,在我国能源需求增长的同时,国际能源价格也一路上扬,加大了我国经济发展的成本。本文在分析国际能源定价权的含义、实质和定价机制的基础上,对我国在国际能源定价领域面临的问题和原因进行了分析,认为我国不应盲目争夺所谓的"定价权"以操纵能源价格,而是应当在"十二五"乃至今后更长的一段时期内,以形成合理的能源价格为目标,争取国际能源定价的主动权。

| Abstract: | In the new century,with the growth of energy demand in China,the international energy prices are soaring.It increased the cost of China＇s economic development.Based on the implications of the international energy pricing and it＇s real terms,the paper analyzes the problems that China is facing in this field and suggests China should not blindly compete for so-called ＂pricing power＂ to control energy prices,but should obtain initiative for the international energy pricing to get reasonable energy prices in 12th Five-Year Plan period or even a longer period in the future. |
