大型辗环机抱辊系统力学性能分析

摘    要:本文对某大型辗环机抱辊系统的力学性能进行了分析,建立了不同轧制情况下,抱辊力、抱辊系统中各机构所承受载荷随环件变化的理论方程。在此基础上,对辗环机抱辊系统的力学性能进行数值仿真分析,得到不同轧制过程中,抱辊力、抱辊系统各机构所受载荷随环件直径变化的趋势,为抱辊系统设计和环件轧制工艺参数的选择奠定了基础。
