| Abstract: | Based on design and production practice of a steel plant changing R5 250 mm square billet caster into R8 000 mm square and round billet one of a steel plant,the paper elaborates selection of the caster's technical parameters and main equipment structure,adapting to the old plant's transformation,making the square and round caster reach domestic advanced level. |
