| 摘 要： | 建立了某重型自卸汽车车架有限元模型,利用工程分析软件HyperWorks计算出其固有频率、振型及弯曲和扭转刚度;针对该车架第四横梁附近纵梁断裂问题,对多种改进方案进行了精细有限元计算分析并确定了改进方案.

| Abstract: | In this paper,a finite element model of a heavy-duty dump truck frame is established using HyperWorks 7.0 software.The natural frequencies and corresponding modal shapes as well as the bending and torsional stiffness are calculated.Aiming at the problem of crack on the longitudinal member around its fourth cross rail,several improving schemes are precisely analyzed using finite element method.Finally the improving design is determined. |
