摘    要:烧瓶振荡法是动态测试抗菌性的方法,与浸渍法相对,原为非溶出性纺织品而设计。通过实验说明:动态测试纤维及其制品抗菌性试验受到振摇时间、不同培养时间接种菌、振摇液体营养水平的影响,同时提出该法也可以测试溶出性样品。

Abstract:Flask shaking method is commonly used for dynamic test antimicrobial activity. In contrast to leaching antimicrobial test, this method is especially designed for non-permeable textile products. The experiments in this article demonstrate that the dynamic testing method of antimicrobial effects of fabrics is influenced by the shaking time, different time of specific inoculum prior to test operation and the nutrient level of shaking solution containing broth. Meanwhile, the experiment results show that the dynamic testing method is also suitable for oermeable specimens.
