摘    要:基于性能的抗震设计是结构抗震设计方法的一种发展趋势,是抗震设计理念上的一次变革。针对核电厂常规岛厂房这种特殊的工业建筑结构,基于性能抗震设计理念,提出了常规岛厂房的抗震性能目标、性能水准以及实施抗震性能设计的方法,并举工程实例说明如何应用这一理念,实践地证明了核电常规岛厂房采用基于性能抗震设计方法的可行性,可供同类工程设计时参考和采用。
