| Abstract: | By the review of previous reform,we can see that the key of state-owned enterprise reform is management innovation.The most important thing of and the essential approach to management innovation are management idea innovation,management system innovation,management methods and technology innovation.Moreover,management innovation can strengthen the market competitiveness of state-owned enterprise. |
