本研究旨在设计一种大幅面绝缘纸板的热压成套设备,能可靠、高效地生产出高质量的绝缘纸板。通过将装板机设计成由预装机和皮带式装板机组成的装板机组,卸板采用真空吸盘式卸板机组,就能实现装板和卸板过程的平稳高效,并且无金属磨屑产生,确保能生产出高质量的绝缘纸板。通过为ABB印度公司设计制造的一条热压成型机组的检验,证明这种研究设计是成功的。

Molding unit of large format insulation cardboard used in transformer

This paper aims to design a hot press system for reliable and efficient molding of large format insulation cardboard. The loader consists of pre-loader and belt-loader in the design. The vacuum-operated unloading system is adopted for unloading. Thus the stable and efficient loading and unloading are realized and the abrasive dust is avoided.
