摘    要:实验室制备了SO42-/ZrO2-Dy2O3-HZSM-5(SZDH)固体超强酸复合分子筛催化剂。以柠檬酸与正丁醇的酯化反应为探针,采用Hammett指示剂法、BET、XRD和SEM等多种表征技术研究了不同SO42-促进剂及其含量和焙烧温度对催化剂结构性能的影响。结果表明,以(NH4)2SO4作为SO42-促进剂、SO42-质量分数为10%、550 ℃下焙烧制得的催化剂具有较强的酸性,比表面积达344 m2·g-1,催化剂中的ZrO2主要呈四方晶相,柠檬酸转化率高达97.7%。

Abstract:A SO~(2-)_4/ZrO_2-Dy_2O_3-HZSM-5 solid superacid catalyst was prepared. Effects of the kinds and content of SO~(2-)_4 promoters and calcination temperature on its structural properties were investigated by means of Hammett indicator method, BET, XRD and SEM, using esterification of citric acid with n-butanol as the probe reaction. The results showed that the catalyst modified by 10% (NH_4)_2SO_4 and calcinated at 550 has stronger acidity and a reasonably large surface area (344 m~2g~(-1)), with citric acid conversion of 97.67%. ZrO_2 in the catalyst mainly exists in tetragonal phase.
