| 摘 要： | 莱钢炼铁厂针对 12 0 m3高炉后期电动泥炮的运行状况 ,制定了特护措施 ,对电动泥炮回转系统进行了改造 ,对打泥机构进行了更新 ,从而提高了泥炮的作业率 ,有效地保证了高炉生产的顺利进行 ,年增效益 2 2 7.2万元。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the running state of electrically driven mud gun of 120m\ 3 BF in the later period, the iron-making plant of Laigang has established special maintenance measurements, reconstructed rotation system of the electrically driven mud gun and renewed the mud making mechanism, then the work rate of the mud gun has been improved, the smooth production of BF has been guaranteed effectively, and the annual economic benefit has increased by 2.272 million Yuan. |
