摘    要:针对电力系统潮流计算中因新能源注入、负荷变化等因素而引起的计算数据的不确定性问题,提出一种新的基于区间算法的约束潮流模型。首先,将输入数据的变化表示为区间的形式,然后,将传统的潮流方程转变为考虑电压、无功功率等约束的优化模型;在求解过程中,引入区间的可比较性概念,将该不确定的约束潮流问题分解成两个确定性的约束优化子问题,即上界子问题和下界子问题,并利用现代内点算法进行求解,得到潮流解的上下界。最后,对IEEE 14,57,118节点系统和实际华南703节点系统进行仿真计算,并与经典的计算区间潮流的仿射算法和蒙特卡洛模拟法得到的结果进行对比,证明了该算法不仅结构简单,而且可以极大地提高计算效率。

Abstract:In view of the uncertainty problem of the input data due to renewable energy injection and load changes, a new constrained power flow model based on the interval algorithm is proposed. First, the input data changes are expressed in an interval form, and then the traditional power flow equations are converted into an optimization model considering voltage and reactive power constraints. In the solving process, the interval comparative concept is introduced, and the uncertain constrained optimization problem is decomposed into two deterministic sub problems, or the upper bound and lower bound problem. Finally, the two sub problems are solved by the modern interior point algorithm to obtain the upper and lower bound solutions. Extensive numerical simulations on IEEE 14 bus, 57 bus, 118 bus systems and South China 703 bus system, have demonstrated the effectiveness and rapidity of the proposed method as compared to affine arithmetic and Monte Carlo simulation.
