胜坨油田稠油催化降粘技术研究

摘    要:介绍了稠油催化降粘机理,对胜坨油田催化降粘可行性进行了分析研究,对稠油降粘催化剂以及催化剂助剂进行了筛选和研究,研制出适合胜坨油田稠油特点的催化剂和催化剂助剂,降粘效率达到60%以上,制定了催化降粘的选井条件及现场施工注入工艺,为胜坨油田稠油蒸汽吞吐采收率的提高提供了新的工艺技术。

Abstract:The mechanism of catalytic thermolysis for heavy oil was introduced, the feasibilities of catalytic thermolysis in Shengtuo Oilfield were studied. The catalysts and aids for thermolysis of heavy oil were selected and studied, and the catalysts and aids suitable for heavy oil in Shengtuo Oilfield were developed. The ratio of viscosity reduction was up to 60%. The well conditions and injecting technology were determined. The new technique could improve the oil recovery of Shengtuo Oilfield.
