| Abstract: | According to the practice of resettlement works and requisition land needed by construction of Yinzidu Hydropower Station, the proprietor considers that resettlement work in engineering area would not hamper normal construction, provided the resettlement work could be reasonably and timely carried out. In the light of laws and regulations as well as problems met in engineering construction, the writer presents some realizations and suggestions. |
