摘    要:介绍了一种新的无位置传感器无刷直流电动机的转子位置检测方法-速度无关位置函数法。利用DSP的强大运算功能,通过分析永磁无刷直流电动机的相电压与相电流给出转子速度无关位置函数。该方法能在转子转速接近为零到高速时较好地确定转子的位置,可靠准确地换相,从而简化了硬件电路,提高了转子的位置估计精度。实验表明,该方法具有良好的调速性能。

Abstract:A novel method of rotor position detect for sensorless brushless DC motor was introduced,that was the method of speed-independent position function.The speed-independent position function of the rotor was given by analyzing the phase current and phase voltage of the permenent magnet brushless DC motor,using the powerful operation function of DSP.This method detected the rotor position from almost zero speed to high speed,made reliable and precise commutation, simplified the hardware circuit and enhanced the estimation precision of rotor position.It was proved by experiment that this method had favorable performance of speed adjustment.
