| 摘 要： | 工程建设安全质量事故频发,与合法形式下的畸形分包有很大的关联性。针对此问题,从工程实践的角度探索了事故背后的真正原因,并通过大量的工程实践总结,论述了工程建设专业化分包的必然性,进而提出规避畸形分包及分包质量不高等问题的对策。

| Abstract: | The safety and quality accidents happen frequently in the construction, which is related to the abnormal subcontracting in the legal form. The author explores the true reason of accidents from the point view of practical project and discuss the necessi- ty of professional subcontracting according to the summary of many accidents. Furthermore, the strategy of avoiding the abnormal and bad subcontracting is also proposed. |
