摘    要:以过硫酸铵( APS)为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA)为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,可聚合乳化剂(WE-9)为乳化剂,采用预乳化法合成了一种聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液.讨论了聚合温度,预乳化液滴加时间,乳化剂用量对乳液性能的影响.结果表明,当温度80 ℃,WE-9质量分数为1 5%,滴加时...

Abstract:Using ammonium persulfate(APS)as the initiator,methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the hard monomer,butyl acrylate (BA) as the soft monomer,acrylic acid (AA) as the functional monomers,WE-9 as the reactive emulsifier,an emulsifier-free acrylate emulsion was synthesized by pre-emulsification process. Influence of polymerizatioo temperature,dropping time of pre-emulsion and emulsifier content on the emulsion properties was discussed.The results showed that the emulsifier-free emulsion had excellent property when the polymerization temperature was 80℃the emulsifier content was 1.5% and the dropping time of pre-emulsion was 2 h.
