PBT/PET共混切片结晶性质的研究

摘    要:本研究采用JJY-Ⅰ型光学检偏振仪测试不同配比PBT/PET共混切片的等温结晶性质,用电子计算机处理数据,获得了PBT/PET共混切片的等温结晶动力学参数。并采用准等温处理方法,将等温结晶动力学参数用于非等温过程中,得到不同配比PBT/PET共混切片一系列结晶动力学特性参数。从其中的动力学结晶能力G,可判断在同一稳态纺丝条件下,不同配比PBT/PET卷绕丝的相对结晶度大小;采用PEDSC-Ⅱ型测试了不同共混配比的PBT/PET切片的非等温结晶性质,其结果和用JJY-Ⅰ型测试结果一致;本研究还探讨了添加剂(成核剂)对PBT/PET共混切片结晶性质的影响。

THE CRYSTALLIZATION BEHAVIOR OF PBT/PET BLEND POLYMER
Abstract:In this work the isothermal crystallization behavior of PBT/PBT polymer blended in differen ratio has been investigated by the JJY-1 type optical polarization analyser and the data was treatets by computer to get the isothermal crystallization parameters, using pseudo-isothermal treat metho and let these parameters used in the non-isothermal process, thus a series of crystallization kineticcharacteristic parameters of PBT/PET blend polymer were obtained, from the parameter of kinetic crystallization ability "G" among them, It is possible to determine the relative crystallinity of as-spun fibre of different ratro blended PBT/PET under the same stable apinning condition. The non-Isothermal crystallization behavior of PBT/PET blend polymer has been tested also by Perkin Elmer DSC-II and the results are in good cosisfence with those by JJY-1's, finally the effect of additives (nucleating agent) on the crystallization behavior of PBT/PET blended polymer was alsod approached.
