氯乙酸异丙酯的合成研究进展

摘    要:详细介绍了目前国内应用不同催化剂合成氯乙酸异丙酯的方法。催化剂主要包括无机盐、杂多酸、阳离子交换树脂、固体超强酸、磺酸类和负载型催化剂,这些催化剂在化学反应中的使用改善了反应条件,提高了产品的收率,但各种方法均有不足。从产品收率来看,无机盐是有利的催化剂,副反应较少,环境污染较小,但有一定腐蚀性;从催化剂的保管、运输、使用来看,磺酸类催化剂较好,产品收率也不低;阳离子交换树脂和负载型催化剂易从反应体系中分离,操作方便,后处理简单。

Abstract:Nowadays some synthetic methods of isopropyl chloroacetate that use different catalysts that mainly include inorganic salt, heteropoly acid, cation exchanger resin, solid super acid, sulphonic acid and supported catalysts were discussed in detail inland. Because of the appliance of these catalysts reaction conditions of catalysts are greatly improved and the productivity are increased but these catalysts has a little of deficiency. Inorganic salt is considered advantageous catalyst because of its high productivity and lesser subreaction and environment pollution but it has corrosion property; from storage,transportation and use of catalytic,sulfonic catalytic is better and has higher productivity; positive ion exchanged resin and load catalytic are easy separation and manipulation and has simple back disposal.
