炉渣真空贫化的物理化学

摘    要:金属因在渣中被机械夹杂而造成损失,是冶金过程中普遍存在的问题,在工业上,需用各种方法来回收渣中金属。采用真空手段贫化强氧化性铜渣,使渣量的2/3含铜从>5%降到含铜<0.5%,直接弃渣小型试验的成功,是一突破性进展.本文深入探讨了其物理化学机理,为国家“八五”重大引进项目“富氧熔池自热熔炼技术”的渣贫化的工业化,提供理论依据.

Abstract:The metal losses in slags originating from entrainment are a common problem in metallurgicalprocesses,and various methods are used to recover the metals in slags.The success of the small scaletest is a breakthrough,in which the vaeuum technique is used to treat highly oxidizing copper slag to lowerthe copper content of two thirds of the slag from over 5%to less than 0.5%and the treafed slag can bediscarded directly.This paper,making a thorough investigation on the physicochemical mechanism of thistechnique,provides the theoreticat basis for the industrialization of slag cleaning in the oxygen enrichedpyritic bath smeIting which is one of the nationat significant inport projects in the Eighth Five year plan.
