机械传动系统损伤监测的研究现状和展望

摘    要:全面分析总结了国内外目前关于机械传动系统的损伤检测、缺陷识别和故障诊断研究的理论和方法,指出研究机械传动系统的疲劳断裂、可靠 性和稳定性是当今研究的热点内容。在此基础上提出了对系统的损伤和故障进行实时监测和诊断并建立全寿命安全保障体系是今后现代故障诊断和损伤检测理论发展和研究的方向。

Abstract:The theories and methods,existing today both at home and abroad,for the damage detection and fault diagnosis of mechanical transmission systems are comprehensicely analyzed and summarized in the paper.It is pointed out that fatigue fracture,reliability and stability of the systems are gaining a special interect at the present moment.We believe that real time condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of a mechanical transmission system and building up its whole life safety assurance system would be the direction of research and development of modern damage detection and fault diagnosis theory in the near future.
