YJC20型油料净化处理机设计与研制

为了满足油田抽油机减速器更换润滑油的需要 ,研制了YJC2 0型油料净化处理机。这种处理机主要由处理油箱、储备油箱、滤清器、聚结分离器、收管卷筒和油枪组成。该处理机采用国外先进技术生产的高新材料滤芯和聚结分离滤芯 ,可对油料进行有效的净化 ;同时配有加热器 ,可保证冬季或油液较稠时 ,废油处理得以顺利进行。处理机工作时包括抽油、循环、出油、收管 4个过程 ,可通过遥控器进行远程控制 ,也可通过按钮手动控制 ,并可以在现场随机作业。该处理机具有体积小、便于拖运、自动化程度高、过滤效果好等特点。

Development of Model YJC20 oil clarification and processing unit

To meet the need of oil lube change of pumping unit reducer, Model YJC20 oil clarification and processing unit is developed. This unit is mainly comprised of oil processing house, oil storage house, filtering unit, separation unit, tube reeler and oil gun. Both the filtering and separation units adopt advanced filtering material in order to realize effective clarificaiton of the lube, and a heater is provided to ensuring waste oil being treated in winter. The oil processing operation can be remotely controlled. The unit has the characteristics of small size and convenient operation.
