| 摘 要： | D201-Z203系统是环管聚丙烯装置的催化剂预接触单元,在D201-Z203系统内催化剂体系的三种组分混合均匀并实现了催化剂与液相丙烯首次接触和初步反应。本文就D201-Z203系统在生产中易出现的溢流管线堵塞、在线混合器Z203堵塞的问题进行了分析并提出了相关改进措施。

| Abstract: | The system of D201-Z203 in loop polypropylene plant is the pre-contact element, in which the catalyst involved three components is mixed and contacted with propylene for the pre-reactive. On the faults concerning the frequent causes of overflow pipeline blockage and on-line blender blockage. This paper analyzed the accident causes, put forward the corresponding improvement measures and gain some good operation effect. |
