鉴幅型高准确度动态测角系统设计

摘    要:为了实现对角度进行快速精密测量,以高准确度、高分辨率、高跟踪速度为目标,以感应同步器和旋转变压器作为角度检测元件,采用单相激磁、双相输出,并与轴角数字转换芯片AD2S80A相结合,提出了测角系统的设计方案,并给出了具体设计方法.实测结果表明,该系统结构简单、准确度高、可靠性好,能提供角位置和角速度信号,还能进行动态测量.

Abstract:For fast measurement of angle with high accuracy, resolution and following speed, using inductsyn and rotary transformer and adopting single-phase excitation and pair export, combined with exle chip AD2S8A, a new design is put forward with concrete method. The new measuring system is proved to be accurate, reliable and simple, which can offer angle position and angular speed signal and carry out dynamic measurement.
