基于微机的煤发热量测量系统研制

摘    要: 煤的发热量是评价煤质的一项重要指标,为精确、直观地测量煤的发热量,设计了一种基于微机的测量控制系统,系统在测温基本电路上采用铂热电阻并运用四线式接法来精确测量水的温度,以及采用PCL-816HA/D转换卡进行温度信号的采集和转换,通过实验,将获得的热值与理论标准热值比较,得到的测量误差在1.5%内,该测量系统可以运用在煤发热量的测量上,并且对工业上其他的热量测量提供了一定的参考,具有较广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Coal's caloric value is an important criterion in analyzing coal's quality. In order to intuitively and accurately measure coal's caloric value, a controlling system was realized based on microcomputer. Four-wire connection way was applied for circuit of measuring temperature in controlling system, and the temperature signal was gathered and transformed through PCL-816H A/D card. By experiment, the caloric value gotten had only 1.5 percent error compared with standard caloric value. Result show that the controlling system can satisfy the need for measuring coal's caloric value, and provide a reference for other industrial measure.
