| 摘 要： | 根据小城镇发展公平性理论分析和样点城镇的数据基础,采用数据分析方法,设置小城镇整体发展和经济、社会、环境、资源利用子系统发展的公平性指标,依据G ranger检验理论和方法,探讨小城镇整体系统发展公平性和经济、社会、环境、资源利用子系统发展公平性之间的互动关系,并以案例城镇为对象进行实证研究,提出了促进小城镇可持续发展公平性的政策建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the theory about the equity of sustainable development and the collected data in small towns,indexes associated with equity of the whole town and its subsystem,such as economic,social,environmental,resource subsystem, have been designed adopt to the data analysis method.The relationship between the equity of the whole town and the equity of its subsystem has been discussed by Granger causality test.A case has been applied and some proposes have been introduced. |
