智能多层计算机辅助频率规划系统设计与开发

摘    要:本文针对目前频率规划中存在的问题,提出利用专家系统和改进遗传算法及分层技术等来克服手工频率规划过于烦琐和电子地图要求极高及频带紧张的障碍,从而在缺少准确电子地图的情况下,借助专家的经验和知识同时利用改进的优化算法亦能给出较准确的频率规划方案.同时提出了模糊规则的改进推理和自学习方法.并开发了智能多层频率规划CAD软件包,并给出仿真结果.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems existing in the present frequency planing,this article proposes a method,which incorporates expert system,improved genetic algorithm and layer technique etc,to overcome the obstacle of handwork frequency planing,high demand of electronic map and spectrum shortage.So it both gives a more precise frequency planning scheme based on expert experience,professional knowledge and genetic algorithm in case of lacking accurate electronic map,and proposes the improved fuzzy rules inference and self learning methods.In addition,we also develop intelligent multi layer frequency planing software package and give the simulation results.
