| 摘 要： | 论述了一种在常规加工方法下获得高精度立线基准的原理，即用两个对称表面的对称中心面作为立线基准，分析了它的误差因素和影响方式。理论分析和实验结果表明它的精度高足以满足工业测量要求，成本却较低，具有高性能价格比的特点。

| Abstract: | In measurement of linear error,high precision linear datum is very expensive.This paper presents a high precision linear datum,which is the center plane of two narrow and long symmetric surfaces and can be made by conventional processes with low cost. It is emploved to measure linear error of work piece and bed ways of machine tools, and its measurement errof is discussed. Analysis in theory and experimental results show that it is enough precise to be used industrially. |
