摘    要:通过优化分离器结构尺寸和加装二级轴向挡板模化试验,对轴向型粗粉分离器的分离性能指标;分离效率、循环倍率、煤粉细度调节系数、煤粉均匀性指数等进行了研究,分析得到分离器的最佳无因次结构参数和分离特性,为工程应用提供指导。图5参4

Abstract:By the modeling test of optimizing the structure dimension of classifier and fixing the second axial damper, the following separating character index of the axial damper classifier are investigated: separating efficiency, circulating factor, the regulation coefficient of pulverized coal finesses, the uniformity coefficient pulverized coal finesses regulation. The dimensionless structural parameter and separating character was obtained, and it provides instruction for the engineering application. Figs 5 and refs 4.
