离子土壤固化剂加固红粘土的试验研究

摘    要:利用离子土壤固化剂(ionic soil stabilizer,简 称ISS)加固红粘土,通过对不同配比的阿太堡试验、收缩试验、自由膨胀率试验和无侧限抗压强度试验结果进行分析,得出了ISS加固红粘土压实性能和强度的变化规律。试验表明 :加入ISS后,红粘土的承载力增大,粘土颗粒的结合水减少,塑性指数可以降低在12%左右 ,但并不是ISS加入越多越好。最后,从ISS影响双电层的结构和ξ电位等方面,对ISS 加固土的机理进行了分析。

Abstract:An experiment on the ionic soil stabilizer(ISS) to reinforce the red clay of Hanyan district of Wuhan was performed by the different methods and different mix proportions such as Atterberg limits test, shrinkage test, free expansion ratio test and unconfined compression strength. Through analyzing the test results, the change law on the compactness and intensity of the red clay reinforced by ISS was found. The study results indicate that the bearing capacity of the reinforced red clay is enhanced, combined water is decreased an d the plastic index of the reinforced red clay would be decreased to about 12%, but it is not true that the more ISS, the better. Finally, the mechanism of the red clay reinforced with ISS is analyzed by the aspects of the structure of pair - electricity and εelectricity potential.
