摘    要:本文以对羟基苯甲醛、香兰素和紫丁香醛等木素模型物混合物为研究对象,分别根据芳香环上的ArCH基团在3032 cm-1波数处产生的吸收峰和愈疮木基中心甲氧基在1279 cm-1处产生的吸收峰,采用相关分析法成功解析了1668nm、1138nm为木素芳香环上的C-H键在近红外光谱区产生的特征吸收峰,而1195nm、1016nm为木素上的甲氧基的C-H键在近红外光谱区产生的吸收峰。这为植物纤维原料的近红外光谱特征吸收峰的解析提供了一个新的方法。

Abstract:Through middle-infrared and near-infrared spectroscopy of lignin model compounds,such as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,vanillin,lilac aldehyde,it was investigated that absorbance peaks at 1138nm,1168nm were from C-H of phenyl group in lignin and the peak at 1195nm was from methoxyl group in lignin by correlation analysis method.The results showed correlation analysis method could be used as a powerful analytical technique to resolve near-infrared absorption peaks of groups in plant fibrous material.
