化学氧化法测定白酒中乙醇含量的研究

摘    要:研究了用化学氧化法测定白酒中乙醇含量的方法.结果表明,与国标密度瓶法相比具有快速的特点,与酒精计法相比具有结果准确的优点.化学氧化法与密度瓶法测得的结果一致,化学氧化法完全可用于白酒中乙醇含量的测定.

Abstract:The method of chemical oxidation to measure alcohol content in liquor was introduced in this paper. Compared with international density flask method,it had the advantages of rapid measurement. compared with alcoholmeter method, its measurement results were more accurate. The alcohol content measurement results by chemical oxidation and by international density flask method were the same. Accordingly, chemical oxidation could be used to measure alcohol content in liquor in practice.
