NS-60催化裂化活性剂在RFCC装置上的应用

摘    要:介绍了NS-60催化裂化活性剂在大庆石化公司炼油厂重油催化裂化(RFCC)装置上的应用情况。结果表明,在原料性质和操作条件与加活性剂之前基本相同情况下,可使系统平衡催化剂的活性提高1个单位左右;催化剂单耗由0.929kg/t原料降至0.826kg/t原料,降低率达11%;干气中H2/CH4比由0.59降至0.41,说明该活性剂具有较强的抗重金属污染能力;NS-60催化裂化活性剂的应用对汽油和轻柴油产品质量无影响。

Abstract:Application of NS-60 FCC activator on RFCC unit in refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Company was reported.The results indicated that the activator could increase the efficiency of the equilibrated catalyst by one unit under the same conditions,e.g.same raw material properties,same operation conditions before and after adding the activator.The unit consumption of the catalyst was decreased by 11%,from 0.929 kg/t raw material to 0.826kg/t raw material.The H_2/CH_4 was decreased from 0.59 to 0.41 showing that the activator could resist the pollution of heavy metals efficiently.What's more the activator had no negative effects on the quality of the gasoline and diesel.
