石油工程建设项目的管理模式与发展趋势

摘    要:经济的全球化发展使得工程建设项目管理趋于国际化。文章结合我国石油工程建设实际.介绍了几种目前国内外常用的管理模式,包括DBB(设计、招标、建造)模式及其变化形式、PMC(项目管理承包商)模式、EPC(设计、采购、施工)模式及其变化形式等,分析了各种管理模式的优缺点及适用范围。
