| 摘 要： | 经济的全球化发展使得工程建设项目管理趋于国际化。文章结合我国石油工程建设实际．介绍了几种目前国内外常用的管理模式，包括DBB（设计、招标、建造）模式及其变化形式、PMC（项目管理承包商）模式、EPC（设计、采购、施工）模式及其变化形式等，分析了各种管理模式的优缺点及适用范围。
