云南某铜铅锌硫化矿铜铅分离浮选试验研究

摘    要:云南某铜铅锌矿硫化矿含铜0.60%,铅2.43%,锌5.10%,在现场生产作业中采用"铜铅混浮,铜铅分离,尾矿选锌"的浮选工艺流程,存在的问题是铜铅分离指标不理想,铜铅精矿互含高.对该矿的铜铅混合精矿进行了铜铅分离浮选小型试验研究,结果表明,当混合精矿再磨到-0.074 mm粒级占80%,以亚硫酸钠、水玻璃和CMC为组合抑制剂代替重铬酸钾抑制方铅矿,以Z200代替乙黄药作为黄铜矿捕收剂,进行了铜铅分离浮选,获得了良好的分选指标,铜精矿含铜23.30%,含铅3.30%,铅精矿含铅64.66%,含铜0.50%,实现了铜铅分离.
