云南某铜铅锌硫化矿铜铅分离浮选试验研究

摘    要:云南某铜铅锌矿硫化矿含铜0.60%, 铅2.43%, 锌5.10%, 在现场生产作业中采用“铜铅混浮, 铜铅分离, 尾矿选锌”的浮选工艺流程, 存在的问题是铜铅分离指标不理想, 铜铅精矿互含高。对该矿的铜铅混合精矿进行了铜铅分离浮选小型试验研究, 结果表明, 当混合精矿再磨到-0.074 mm粒级占80%, 以亚硫酸钠、水玻璃和CMC为组合抑制剂代替重铬酸钾抑制方铅矿, 以Z200代替乙黄药作为黄铜矿捕收剂, 进行了铜铅分离浮选, 获得了良好的分选指标, 铜精矿含铜23.30%, 含铅3.30%, 铅精矿含铅64.66%, 含铜0.50%, 实现了铜铅分离。
