高CTI值、无卤阻燃玻纤增强尼龙66的研究及应用

摘    要:采用红磷母粒及适当的添加剂制备了无卤阻燃玻纤增强尼龙66材料。结果表明,该材料具有较好的阻燃性能、力学性能及电绝缘性能,其相比漏电起痕指数已达到600。此外,该材料还具有对白银、紫铜及黄铜等电极的低腐蚀性。该材料已接近或达到德国BASF公司A3X3G5材料的性能。用该材料制备的接触器、断路器外壳具有良好的阻燃性能及电绝缘性能,产品质量已得到了客户的认可。

Abstract:Halogen free flame-retardant glass fibre reinforced nylon 66(PA66) was prepared by adding red phosphor masterbatch and some other suitable additives. The results showed that the materials had good mechanical properties, flame resistance and electricity insulated properties. The comparative tracking index(CTI) of the material reached 600. On the other hand, the materials had good anti-erosion effect for silver, copper and brass electrode. The properties of halogen free flame-retardant glass fibre reinforced nylon 66 materials approached or reached the similar product A_ 3 X_ 3 G_ 5 level made in BASF company. The contactor and relay crusts made of this materials had good flame retardancy and electrical insulation, and its quality had been recognized by customer.
