摘    要:对己内酰胺磷酸羟胺(HPO)工艺的氨氧化吸收制备硝酸盐的反应原理和影响因素进行了分析和探讨。论证了通过增加催化剂铂铑网数量和增大NOx氧化吸收反应空间,提高氨氧化吸收反应效率的可行性,指导装置提升经济运行负荷的能力,降低己内酰胺生产的原料消耗。

Abstract:For caprolactam phosphoric acid hydroxylamine (HPO) process of ammonia oxidation preparation of nitrate absorption principle and influence factors are analyzed and discussed.Demonstrated by increasing the catalyst platinum-rhodium net amount and increase NOx oxidation absorption space, the feasibility of improving the efficiency of ammonia oxidation absorption, improve the ability in economic operation load guide device, reduce consumption of caprolactam production of raw materials.
