600MW发电机典型故障研究

针对某制造厂生产的600 MW发电机发生的定子内部遗留异物、定子起晕电压低、定子线棒出水温度高等典型故障,分析了发生的原因,包括制造环境、制造工艺、检修工艺、施工质量和运行等方面的问题,提出加强制造厂环境治理、改进检修工艺和按照图纸安装、施工等改进措施。

Research on Typical Faults of 600 MW Generator

In view of internal eyewinker,low critical coronal voltage,high bar water temperature,the reasons are analyzed,from the aspects of manufactoryn surrounding,production process,maintenance,construction quality and operation,at last,the improvements are raised by strengthening condition fathering of production factory,improving maintenance process and install according to the drawings.
