摘    要:目的研究基于煤矸石底基层混合料在营口地区道路建设中的应用.方法以3种配合比混合料的抗压强度、劈裂强度、回弹模量、抗冻性能、干缩性能和温缩性能为控制指标,比较分析其性能和配合比的关系.结果煤矸石混合料早期强度较低,如果混合料中粉煤灰含量增加,则其后期强度增加缓慢;煤矸石混合料的抗压回弹模量的变化与抗压强度较为相似的上升趋势;3种煤矸石混合料的冻融指标和强度指标都满足要求;水泥、石灰、粉煤灰、煤矸石、碎石质量比2:10:28:60:0为最佳配合比.结论煤矸石混合料各项路用性能能达到了《公路沥青路面设计规范》JTGD50—2006中石灰稳定类工业废渣规定的要求,说明煤矸石混合料可广泛应用于营口地区道路底基层建设.

A Test on Mixture Ratio of Coal Gangue for Subbase Course and Road Performance in Yingkou Region

Abstract:In order to study whether the subbase mixture of coal gangue can be applied to road construction of Yingkou region ,or not ,3 kinds of mixture ratios are identified initially, and then a comprehensive consideration of compressive strength, splitting strength, modulus of resilience, antifreeze properties, shrinkage performance and temperature shrinkage performance for the control of coal gangue mixture are taken. In the test, coal gangue mixture early strength is low. If in the mixture, the pulverized fly ash content increases,its later period intensity increases slowly;Resist compression modulus of coal gangue mixture coincide with its compression strength change trend. The best percentage of cement-lime-fly ash-coal gangue-crushed stone is 2: 10: 28: 60: 0. With scientific and rational mixing proportion, the coal gangue can be widely used in the construction of road subbase of Yingkou region.
