| 摘 要： | 介绍了钢轨在线热处理过程温度场的仿真模型，并进行了仿真实验和物理实验。结果表明，该模型能够满足工程应用的要求，可为确定钢轨在线热处理最佳工艺参数提供一种经济，高效的手段。

| Abstract: | A simulation model of temperature field for rail on line heat treatment was introduced. The results of simulation and experiment proved that the model can be used in production and it can provide a low cost and high efficiency technique to obtain optimum parameters of rail on line heat treatment process. |
