| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes problems existing in the national defense highway construction,from aspects of improving supervision and regulation system,establishing back-level quality assurance system,and strengthening the construction quality supervision and inspection,discusses strategies of strengthening national defense highway construction quality supervision,so as to achieves the regulations,systematization and procedures of the national defense highway construction quality monitoring work. |
