中国废钢资源供需状况分析及应对措施

摘    要:电炉短流程钢厂在占地、投资、节能、环保等方面都优于转炉长流程钢厂,提高电炉钢比是冶金工业发展趋势.中国废钢资源不足,电炉钢比一直徘徊在较低水平,与西方主要产钢国存在较大差距.通过对中国废钢现状分析和未来供需状况预测,表明国内废钢资源供需矛盾将在很长一段时间内存在,并从国内角度提出了5项保障中国废钢资源供给的措施和建议.

Abstract:The metallurgical process of EAF short route is superior to BF-BOF route in the aspects of area, investment, saving power and environmental protection, etc. So the percentage of steel by EAF tends to increase. The percentage in China is lower than several western countries because of scrap points out at present. The paper analyses the present and future resource state about steel scrap and that the contradiction of demand and supply will exist for a long time and puts forward five suggestions.
