| 摘 要： | 通过对市场经济条件下企业融资成本与效益的比较分析,引用现代资本结构理论结合我国企业融资现状,讨论了不对称信息条件下企业融资契约的选择和破产成本对企业资本结构的影响,并对我国资本市场的协调发展提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | It comparatively analyzes the enterprise financing cost and benefit under the conditions of market economy,combines the theory of modern capital construction with the present financing situation of national enterprises,discusses the choice of enterprise financing contract and the effect of bankcruptcy cost on enterprise capital construction under the asymmetric information circumstances,and puts forward some proposals on hanmonious development of capital market in China. |
