以"三个代表"的重要思想构建我国21世纪人才培养新模式

人才问题是当代世界各国政府和政治家高度重视和关注的问题。三个代表的重要思想不仅是中国共产党在新世纪的建党纲领,同时也系统地、全方位地、多角度地阐述了社会主义人才的本质、地位、作用和要求,是新时期人才培养新模式构建的指导思想。新世纪社会主义人才培养模式必须紧紧围绕认知中国先进社会生产力,掌握先进生产力的创新手段和促进生产力发展的能力;必须紧紧围绕洞悉中国先进文化的前进方向,具备先进文化的创造能力;必须紧紧围绕谋求和维护最广大人民的根本利益的人才培养目标来构建,要以此为指导积极开展教育体制等各项改革。

The training of talent is a matter that attracts the attention of all the governments and statesmen worldwide.In the new century, China's socialist talent-training model should be concentrated on a knowledge of its advanced productive forces, a mastery of the measures to create advanced productive forces, and a promotion of the development of productive forces. The new model should also be centered round an insight of the development orientation of China's advanced culture an ability to create advanced culture, and especially a gain and protection of the fundamental interests of the greatest majority of the people. With this in mind, a reform of the present education system should be actively carried out.
