| 摘 要： | "一国四席"是WTO体制下的新情况,WTO争端解决机制适不适用一国四地之间的贸易争议以及如何适用之?文章首先揭示了WTO体制下"一国四席"成员关系之特征,然后着重分析了WTO争端解决机制在"一国四席"这一特殊背景下的运用,指出了该机制适用的可能性与可行性。最后针对台湾当局利用WTO争端解决机制造成两岸是对等实体的企图提出了应对的策略。

| Abstract: | One country,four members" is a new thing after the entrance into WTO.Is the settling disputes mechanism of WTO/DSU suitable for the settlement of disputes between China,Hong kong, Macau and Chinese Taibei?How does the mechanism apply to?The article firstly exposes the characters of the relationship between the four members in one country,then emphatically analyzes the application of DSU under/in the special background and points out the possibility and feasibility of the application of DSU.finally the article puts forward some tactics against Taiwan authorities' attempt to utilize the DSU to make two sides the reciprocal entities. |
