高校薪酬制度探究

摘    要:就目前高校实施来看,薪酬制度存在缺乏竞争性,重数量、轻质量,考核评价机制不健全等问题,从加大投入、加大倾斜力度、完善聘用制、加强岗位设置、岗位考核、加强沟通、重视非经济性报酬等方面提出了高校薪酬改革的思路。
