铁路货车用铸钢车轮夹杂物的热力学分析与实验研究

摘    要:研究了铁路货车用铸钢车轮中的夹杂物的形成机理和种类。通过热力学计算,得出铸钢车轮可能形成的夹杂物种类主要为不规则状硅酸盐、尖角状刚玉、球状铝硅酸盐、含钙铝酸盐等。通过非水溶液电解法电解铸钢车轮试样,将电解分离后的夹杂物进行扫描电子显微镜分析和能谱分析,得出夹杂物的成分和形貌,结果与热力学计算结果基本相符,证明了非水溶液电解的可行性。理论计算结果和实验结果,可为今后进一步提高铸钢车轮冶金质量,优化工艺控制过程提供依据。

Abstract:The forming mechanism and species of inclusion in freight train cast-steel wheel were studied. It was obtained by thermodynamics calculation that the potential forming inclusion species are mainly irregular silicate, sharp corner corundum, spheric aluminosilicate and calciferous aluminate.
